    Calm in the Chaos is a membership designed for moms with little time. This membership will bring you calm through meditation and relaxation classes. It will build your confidence with journaling prompts and affirmation cards. Most importantly, it will help you move your body and overcome the stiffness from all the daily motherhood tasks. The videos are short (around 10 minutes), but there are also longer videos available for those days when you have more time.
  • What is included?

  • Do I need to be experienced with yoga?
    No. Calm in the Chaos membership is for all. You can be a complete yoga beginner or you can already have some experience with yoga. Every mom will find something there.
  • What is the community group and how will I get access to it?
    Motherhood can be so lonely. To help with some connection, you will get an access to a private WhatsApp group where you can share your concerns, tips and talk to other moms in Calm in the Chaos membership. You will also get tips&tricks and guidance from me. Link to the WhatsApp group is directly on the Start here page once you sign up on the website.
  • Can I cancel my membership?
    Yes. If you don't cancel, your access renews monthly (or yearly depending what payment plan you chose). But otherwise you can cancel anytime.
